SEE SCHEDULE A ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE PART HEREOF,

hereby places the following reservations, conditions and restrict-ions upon said real property:

1. No lot shall except in conformity be used with Desoto County zoning ordinances, now or hereafter established.

 2. No lot shall be used for accumulation of junk, garbage or junk yard, nor shall any nuisance be maintained thereon.

3. No vehicles, other than bona fide hunting or farm equipment, may be placed, parked or stored upon any lot unless such vehicle is operable and has affixed valid license tag and inspection sticker, and a current and no buses used for living purposes.

4. No lot may be used for raising or keeping hogs.

5. A six-foot utility easement along all property lines not otherwise specified.

6. Property shall not be used for other than single family residence.

7. The Sellers will maintain that certain existing roadway providing access to the Buyers’ property at their sole expense until July l, 1976, at which time the liability and responsibility of maintaining said roadway shall become the responsibility of the property owners abutting said roadway.

8. The Buyers will on or before July l. 1976 become members of an organization to be formed, made up of property owners adjacent to said roadway, and that said organization will take over the maintenance and upkeep of Buyers will pay their prorate said roadway, and that the share of the cost of maintenance of said roadway based on an assessment from said organization, and that should they fail to pay said assessment it shall become a lien upon their property. This covenant and agreement shall be a portion and a part of all deeds of conveyance of property served by said roadway.
